These things are fun but they are just about our outer shell. And if we're really being honest, this type of self-care is really about meeting the world's needs versus our own needs.

What we really need is to care for the inside of us. And for many of us, we desperately need that care right now.

About Amanda

Amanda Upton is the former owner of Putney Moves Yoga & Wellness Center, a wildly successful yoga studio in Southern Vermont, and the founder of Brave New Yoga, an online membership and community devoted to supporting women with reducing stress, anxiety and overwhelm through daily self-care practices.

Amanda is known for her welcoming, supportive, empowering, and FUN approach to yoga and self-care. She has been teaching yoga and providing support to women for over 17 years.

Amanda loves to write, cook, make art, be in nature, and marvel at her wild and free 5 year old daughter.
