Refill Your Well is About Inner Self-Care
The term "self-care” gets thrown around a lot these days. It has become a pretty trendy idea, a buzzword if you will.
The consumer side of self-care wants us to believe that self-care equals regular spa days, wine in the bathtub, expensive vacations, and retail therapy.
These things are fun but they are just about our outer shell. And if we're really being honest, this type of self-care is really about meeting the world's needs versus our own needs.
What we really need is to care for the inside of us. And for many of us, we desperately need that care right now.
Refill Your Well will help you return to and care for that true tender inner self that may have been abandoned as a result of cultural conditioning and expectations.
Let's wake up your inner self and invite it to come back to life with the promise that you're going to take care of it from here on out.
