This Retreat Includes:
- A comprehensive workbook that will guide you through 3 1-hour sessions of reflection, goal setting, and a process for attaining your goals.
- 3 all-levels yoga practices that will help you release, get focused, and be purposeful both on and off your mat.
- 2 guided meditation practices to clear and focus your mind.
- The creation of a vision board, which is an invaluable tool to motivate and inspire you towards daily action in pursuit of your biggest and most important life goals.

- A 12-Month Plan: if you want to achieve your goals, you need to remember them and work on them on a regular basis. That's where this 12 month plan comes in. In this bonus section of your workbook, I provide you with the structure needed to create a year long goal plan.
- A Restorative Yoga Practice: This practice will support you in slowing down and turning inward so you can more clearly hear the yearnings of your heart.
Please Note: Since the retreat is self-paced you can divide up the elements of the retreat however you like and take as much time as you need to complete everything.

During this mid-year mini-retreat you will check-in on your goals and:
